SPIRITUAL BONDING
The word “bonding” means to be glued together. The marital bond for too many couples is not strong enough to survive the storms of life. Spiritual bonding is the only glue strong enough to last; it is truly super glue created by God. How can this spiritual super glue hold you, your mate and family together?</p>
<p>First, we must be totally committed to God and stop playing games with God and one another. In other words, allow Jesus to become Lord of all; church, marriage, home and finances. Otherwise, guys, we get blamed for everything! By the way, it’s impossible to be an effective head if your heart doesn’t belong to God. Matthew <span data-term=”goog_2093967886″>6:33</span>: “Seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness: and all these things shall be added unto you.”</p>
<p>Second, hold tight and pray hard. Couples who hold and pray sincerely everyday concerning life, children and God’s protection and power grow closer and stay closer throughout life. They become and remain soul-mates and enjoy God’s deeper love – Agape love. Holding tight and praying hard in regular family devotions brings greater love, security and peace at home.</p>
<p>Third, worshipping God together in church and at home. (Your home is your sanctuary, too!) Sit together in church, worshipping as one. Pray in agreement. James <span data-term=”goog_2093967887”>5:14</span>: “The fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth (worketh) much.” Matthew <span data-term=”goog_2093967888″>18:19</span>,20 “If any two of you agree…” The fervent prayer of a righteous couple or family availeth abundantly much more! The fervent prayer of a righteous church family availeth exceeding, abundantly, much more.</p>
