This non-profit religious organization was founded and incorporated in 1980. The purpose of this organization is to provide religious training, aid to Christians, to evangelize the lost and counsel the hurting. This is to be done through religious tapes, radio broadcasts, tracts, books, seminars, concerts, counseling, and through promoting home and foreign missions.

| The founder and president of this association is Dr. Bill Haynes. Born in 1950 and saved at the young age of five in 1955. The Lord called him to preach at age eleven in 1961. He has been a pastor since the age of twenty. He has six daughters and one son. His sweetheart is his wife Deborah. He has attended numerous colleges, universities, and seminaries. He has completed a Doctorate of Ministry from Tyndale Theological Seminary and a Ph.D from Louisiana Baptist Theological Seminary. He has served the Lord as a pastor, home missionary, author, vocalist, professor, counselor, and radio evangelist. |
